Bottom roughing machine is equpped with motor that rotates one wheels on a vertical fixure. Wheels are equpped with sand belts. Next to send belt there are wire brush. The shoe bottom is moved in back and forth motion to roughen the whole bottom part so that it can be glued and outsole can be attached.
